Favorite thing about Stratos (ex. specific value, company perk, internal initiative)

Our focus on the client’s success. We have designed our values around how they will help our clients to be a successful as we can. We believe that one size does not fit all and that solutions need to be tailored to the individual client. We will provide guidance on industry best practices, but those best practices are not always the best for that client. We do not suggest going with one solution over another because it will make us more money, or because it would be easier. We make our suggestions based on what makes the most sense to the client.

2 fun facts about you on a personal level – what may we find you doing when you’re not at work? (ex. hobbies? unusual talent/skill? favorite restaurant or travel destination?)

I am a huge hockey fan. My goal is to attend a Bruins game in every arena in the NHL.

I love to golf, despite not being very good at all. It’s a great reason to spend some time outside and relax for a few hours.

What inspired you to work in the consulting industry? What about working with Life Sciences clients do you find passion/fulfillment in?

I got into the consulting industry by accident. While in college, I attended a career fair, looking for a career in Financial Advising, and saw a booth for a consulting firm. I had never heard of consulting, so I stopped by to learn more about it. After chatting with their team, my interest was piqued. Being able to work with different people to solve problems and make their jobs easier and more efficient seemed like something I would enjoy doing. I would get to continue to learn every day and face new challenges all the time. At that point, I knew it would be the right career for me and so far, it has been one of the best decisions I have made. Working with Life Sciences clients is great because you get to work with people who are passionate in what they do, and you get to see that the work you do not only impacts the jobs of the people you work with, but ultimately, that work can help the lives of many more people.

What’s the most exciting part of your job?

The most exciting part of my job is seeing the client excited. When the client is happy with the end result, and cannot wait to get in and use it, I know I have done my job, and have made the job of others much easier as a result. Even better if they are excited to learn HOW we did what we did, so that they can improve on it over time.
